I thought this tasted like a hefeweizen brewed with spice. It poured nicely with a large bright white head. The Belgian yeast is extremely pronounced as is the high alcohol content (9.5% ABV). It almost had a slight sweet taste. The aroma matched the taste, and Im not sure if that is on purpose. It finished extremely dry with mild carbonation which allowed the intended flavors to mingle nicely.
