  • Nose: Sweet and citrus with vanilla, caramel, banana, treacle, with earthy, herbal undertones of oak spices and leather.

  • Taste: Chewy, warm and buttery, pot still malt and spices, toffeed pears, treacle, cinnamon, nutmeg and distinctive toasted, tannic oak.

  • Finish: Long with creamy vanilla, almond, forest fruit and toasted Irish oak.

Short Description Glendalough Irish Pot Still Irish Whiskey is finished in 250 litre hogshead, slow toasted Irish oak casks. These trees are harvested in the Wicklow mountains under a Continuous Cover Forest Management System in which we plant 7 saplings for every oak felled.​​
