Selection of 15 different Cognac eau de vie’s. Aged over 3 years in Limousin oak. First 7 months in new oak barrels to create the vanilla flavor and then in lightly charred (5
to 40-year-old) barrels.


  • Eye: Reddish tones.

  • Nose: Freshly baked bread, a softness of buttercream and chestnut honey.

  • Palate: Smooth notes of caramel and vanilla harmonize with lively apricot tones and an earthy chestnut finish.
