Product Details
Poured from a bottle into a 16 oz champaign fluteit pours thick and dark, and reminds me of grandma pouring nasty medicine into a spoon. Lovely finger and a half tan head, then beautiful lacing. Held up to an intense xenon kitchen track lightpure black, no light penetrates. Aroma is thick and sankcoffee, a bit of molasses, and I think dome alfalfa hay from the barna unique and intriguing aroma. Flavor is coffe, toffee, a bit of molasses, a bit of fruit, and the hops bitterness comes afterward and wafts up into your nose. Mouthfeel is very thick and chewy. Overall this is an outstanding stout, one of my favorites.
