Poured a clear straw color with brilliant white 2 finger head. Left good lacing and always appeared lively.
Smell is a citrus forward and slight piney hop with cereal grains and a nice peppery bouquet. Taste is close to the aroma, nice hop flavor profile dominated by citrus notes with a little piney and resinous character in the background. The hops are well balanced with the light malt character with notes of toast and cereal grains. Finishes very dry with a slight bitterness and a nice clean lager yeast character.
