An old-school style meets new-school hops, Cosmic Crown is a Belgian-style Strong Golden Ale that features “Galaxy hops to impart passionfruit and peach qualities to its profile of ripe fruit and light peppery spice.” Coming in at 9% ABV, Cosmic Crown offers “assertive aromas of pineapple, bubblegum, dried flowers, and a hint of black pepper” alongside notes of “overripe banana, red apple, and lime leaf esters . . ., while poundcake-like malt, pepper-like spiciness, and herbaceous bitterness play supporting roles.”
